We will usually complete your update requests within 48 hours of receiving your "site-ready" content, images, ad copy, etcetera. We pride ourselves in keeping your site up to date and current. In fact, there is a very good chance we may have to "badger" you to keep up with us. Just ask our other clients...
Regardless of your budget, every client gets VIP treatment.
We will pay you 15% of all "billable labor" for "new clients" referred by you for a period of six months from the original referral date. All referral fees are terminated at the end of six months after the original referral date. You will receive copies of all referral invoices showing amounts billed and your portion of said amounts. We encourage you to check, every now and then, with the clients you have referred to us to see if they are pleased with our services. All referrals must be emailed to qualify.

While our "48 hour" policy does not include weekends or holidays, that doesn't mean we never work on weekends or holidays. You can rest assured that we will not be responsible for missing your deadlines and we will do everything we can to meet them.
Referral Fees...
We will pay you up to 15% of all "billable labor" for all "new clients" referred by you. Details below...
* "Billable labor" is defined as any web design services for which we are able to bill the client and for which the client pays us (hosting is excluded).
* "New clients" is defined as clients that 1) have not been, 2) are not or, 3) are not currently considering doing business with 970WEB.COM.
