For $100...
We can create a simple 1 page site with an email and/or phone contact, up to 5 images, up to 3 external links and content/wording of your choice - there is a 3 hour limit to the initial work and any changes you request. Anything over the 3 hours will be billed at our standard "but very reasonable" rates.
For $300...
We can create a simple site with up to 5 pages, an email and/or phone contact, up to 10 images, up to 5 external links and content/wording of your choice - there is a 10 hour limit to the initial work and any changes you request. Anything over the 10 hours will be billed at our standard "but very reasonable" rates.
For $500...
We can create a simple site with up to 15 pages, an email and/or phone contact, up to 20 images, up to 10 external links, a photo gallery (up to 25 images), content/wording of your choice and a simple interactive form - there is a 15 hour limit to the initial work and any changes you request. Anything over the 15 hours will be billed at our standard "but very reasonable" rates.
For $1000...
We can create a simple site with up to 25 pages, an email and/or phone contact, up to 50 images, up to 20 external links, a photo gallery (up to 100 images), content/wording of your choice and a simple interactive form - there is a 30 hour limit to the initial work and any changes you request. Anything over the 30 hours will be billed at our standard "but very reasonable" rates.
Terms and conditions of flat-rate pricing...
In order for us to be able to honor flat-rate pricing and give you more for your money, you will need to provide most or all of your
images, content, wording and such in a format ready for web design. The more time we have to spend "editing" or "creating" your content
for you, the less you will get for the flat-rate, or the more expensive your site will become. Please keep in mind that flat-rate
pricing does not include hosting services. Future modifications to your site will be billed at standard "but very reasonable" rates. FINANCING IS AVAILABLE HERE...
